The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth - DLEG, has approved Course 900-2/4 for 6 classroom hours, which include the mandatory annual minimum 2 hours of 'Laws, Rules & Court cases regarding Real Estate'. Participants completing this course on or before October 31, 2009 satisfy 6 classroom hours of the 18 classroom hours necessary to renew their licenses for the 3-year licensure period beginning November 1, 2009 and ending October 31, 2012.
